PROCESSING TIME

As soon as your order is received, we process your item in 2-3business days. This includes manufacturing time, since most of our products are made to order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

As soon as your order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email entered during your purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days to be out to delivery. 

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at dreed7730@gmail.com (This policy excludes errors made when providing shipping information on a customer's order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Returns and refunds are guaranteed for items that are not as described in our listing, and for defective items. We will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be made in their  original packaging and condition within 15 days of delivery date.
